TechStrat’s former client ABC Legal has been acquired by Gridiron Capital

On August 14, 2025, Gridiron Capital announced it has acquired ABC Legal Services, a leading national provider of service of process and court filing solutions, from Aquiline Capital Partners. The partnership brings additional capital and sector expertise to accelerate ABC Legal’s growth in tech-enabled legal services.

For ABC Legal’s leadership and team, this milestone is very much a “second bite of the apple.” Aquiline previously invested in the company, helping scale its technology platform and national network. TechStrat served as ABC Legal’s exclusive financial advisor in that earlier transaction.
