Cell Systems + AnaBios: Continuing the Growth Story

Congratulations to Cell Systems on its transaction with AnaBios. We’re excited to see the combined platform expand access to high-quality human primary cells and media for translational research.

TechStrat represented Cell Systems in its sale to a search fund led by Jesse Damm, who brought new leadership and energy to the business.  Jesse’s leadership was instrumental in expanding and maturing the business, and preparing it for a “second bite of the apple.”
