TechStrat’s annual retreat brings our global team together for a long weekend of team-building, education, and fellowship

Held in prior years in Seattle, Kharkiv, New York, and Tallinn (Estonia), and after a three year hiatus to accommodate travel restrictions, war, and unusually heavy deal flow, this year we marked a happy return to this important tradition, in the beautiful city of Lisbon, Portugal.

There is no substitute for being in the same room – for the fun conversations, and the difficult conversations.  Looking a teammate in the eye and telling them, constructively, what is working and what isn’t working is an accelerator of process and productivity, and a mitigator of friction – a long-winded way of saying that we are better together (and Zoom doesn’t count).

In celebrating this year’s retreat we look back fondly on prior adventures.
